  • The program includes weekly group sessions focused on key sales strategies and personalized one-on-one coaching to address your specific challenges. Each week builds on the last, offering a clear roadmap to sales mastery and scalability.

  • Each cohort is highly selective, accepting only 10–20 startups from thousands of applications each year to ensure personalized attention and tailored support.

  • The curriculum focuses on mastering sales, including pipeline management, growth hacking, prospecting, go-to-market strategies, customer retention, and leadership skills. Check out the weekly breakdown in the program overview.

  • We don’t invest cash upfront. Instead, we operate on advisor equity, taking a 0.5–2% stake in participating startups. Top-performing companies may be invited to Pegasus Accelerate, where we invest $100,000.

  • The program includes a weekly 1-2 hour group session, one-on-one mentoring, and additional time for assignments and applying the strategies to your business.

  • Startups must apply through our online portal. We review thousands of applications annually, selecting only the most promising 10 startups per cohort. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an interview before final selection.

  • Pegasus Ascend is focused specifically on teaching sales mastery and scaling. Unlike traditional accelerators, we don’t provide upfront cash but instead deliver unmatched value through a tailored program, personalized mentorship, and access to our extensive network.

  • Graduates gain a stronger foundation to scale their businesses, and the most exceptional startups may be invited to Pegasus Accelerate, where we invest $100,000 to further fuel their growth.

  • No, the program is delivered virtually, allowing startups from anywhere to participate without the need to relocate.

  • Pegasus Ascend operates on an advisor equity model, taking 0.5–2% equity in your startup in exchange for the program. There are no upfront costs.
